Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Mixologer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your cocktail essentials; however, due to the perishable nature of our food products, we can only accept returns on damaged or defective items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our customer care team with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item to initiate your claim.

    Approval Review

    Our team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure it meets our safety and quality return standards.

  • 3.
    Return Shipment

    If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to send the unopened product back to our warehouse.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or a replacement will be shipped immediately.
